They were very helpful and understanding, they don’t take cash so don’t even bother yourself, get your payment in a debit card to be very sure. Great reception, staff and manager!!

Miguel(Mike) and his team at Hollywood took great care of my car and myself. Their app kept me informed of cost, details, and time-frame of when my car would be ready. They did an excellent job! Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely nice. Betty was very welcoming and made you feel like you were in the right place for your vehicle repair. Dave was great he assessed my vehicle and notice damage I didn’t. Dave kept me informed and was very helpful. I end up having to return my vehicle due to issues I didn’t notice upon picking up my vehicle because I wasn’t well. Three days after picking up my vehicle and finally looking at it, I notice the trunk and back wasn’t leveled and the vehicle was low. I called back about the issues and was told to bring my vehicle back and did so immune to wait 3 days with no response as to what was going on with my vehicle. I called and spoke with Leo who stated they noticed it was a problem but wasn’t sure if it was from the accident where my precious representative had stated the vehicle had been recalibrated and that’s what was causing the suspension to lower, however they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t going up. I then received a call from my insurance company stating it couldn’t be “linked “ with the accident. I had NEVER had this problem prior to being rear ended and it became VERY STRESSFUL!! I had to go pick up my car and take it to BMW for profession

They repaired my Camry to the point it looked brand new again. I couldn't be happier with their service. Everyone there is so nice and friendly, all smiles. Highly recommend (although I hope I never have to go back 😁)
